WAA Cameroon is seeking a skilled and experienced facilitator/trainer to lead two peacebuilding workshops as part of the Voices of Youth in Cameroon for Peace (VOYCE) project. The workshops aim to empower youth in promoting peace and understanding in their communities.

Locations and Dates:
Buea, South West Region: 14-16 August 2024
Bamenda, North West Region: 21-23 August 2024
Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging and participatory peacebuilding workshops.
Develop and deliver training content tailored to the needs of the participants.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Guide participants in creating actionable peacebuilding strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilitating workshops, preferably in peacebuilding or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of participants.
Knowledge of conflict resolution and peacebuilding techniques.
Experience working with youth is an advantage.
