WAA Cameroon is seeking an experienced video producer to create a compelling video summarizing our Voices of Youth in Cameroon for Peace (VOYCE) project.

About the video:
The video will be a key tool for raising awareness about the VOYCE project and its impact. It should be informative, engaging, and inspire viewers to be part of peacebuilding initiatives in Cameroon.
The selected video producer will work closely with the WAA Cameroon team to understand the project's goals, key messages, and impact. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing a powerful 3-5 minute video that captures the essence of the project and the inspiring stories of the youth participants.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with WAA Cameroon to gain a deep understanding of the project
Develop a creative concept and storyboard for the video
Coordinate and conduct interviews/filming with project participants and stakeholders
Capture high-quality footage and multimedia elements
Edit the video using professional software, incorporating graphics, music, and effects
Deliver a final, polished video ready for online distribution
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in producing high-quality video content
Strong storytelling abilities and creative vision
Excellent videography, editing, and post-production skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with youth empowerment and peacebuilding issues in Cameroon (preferred)
